Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, you must log into your members area and send us a support request indicating you want a refund before 14 days have passed. We process all refunds within 14 days of purchase within 24 hours on business days. All refunds will be honoured if received before 14 days have passed even if we respond to it after the 14 day grace period.

To be eligible for a triple-your-money-back refund, you have to include proof of where you have implemented our step-by-step process. We will immediately refund 100% of the purchase price. Once we have determined that you indeed did follow and implemented our step-by-step process we will send you an aditional sum of money equal to 200% of the purchase price to a Paypal account you specify. This investigation should take no longer than 2 business days.

To complete your refund within 24 hours of receiving a request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you lost your receipt you may still request a refund, however the refund process may take longer if we first have to obtain other information from you in order to obtain your order, such as your username or user ID, purchase email used or any other identifying information we can use to obtain your order.
